1. how do i change the speed through my mobo which is a Gigabyte P35-S3G/
2. what speed willl i need to set it at to be quiet but cool my pc sufficiently, my specs are Gigabyte P35-S3G Intel E2180 2.00 Ghz BFG Geforce 8800GT OC Asus Vento A8 Case with 2gig memory @ 667mhz.
