hi got my new motherboard today after my other new motherboard had bent pins.
so just tried it out side of box with cpu,cpu fan and ram tried to boot guess what no display and on the board its telling me number 15 which means pre-memory north-bridge initialization is stated.
ive tried it with the ram out and in and still getting number 15 so its either got to be the ram,cpu or power supply all brand new.

i5 4670k
psu-seasonic g series 80 plus gold 750w
ram-Vulcan 2400

so surely it cant be the motherboard this is the second one any help guys please please help.

The basic parts you need to get that to boot and show a display are,

PSU, board, CPU+Cooler and one stick of RAM

Connect your monitor directly to the board without a GFX card, use one stick of RAM at a time and test in all the slots.

You will need the 24pin and usually 8pin ATX connected from the PSU.

Try clearing the CMOS either via an onboard button or jumper pins to be shorted together or remove the battery for a while with power to the PSU turned off.
