Hi guys im having problems with the r9-270x to get a signal on my screen.ive tried everything possible to get it to work.updated the bios on my motherboard, tried swaping it to a different slot on the motherboard.
i can get signal on the on board graphic but not the r9 270x.
So i thought the graphic card was faulty.rang for an rma on it today.

So i then rang an old friend today to see if he could test the card for me.
Went to the guys house tonight and he put my graphic card in his setup and he got signal right away so now we know the cars not faulty.
so i tried his nvidia 550ti in my board and got signal.i cant understand whats going on could it be my power supply is faulty.

all this stuff is brandnew help please.

They are fine, I've personally used loads from there, they are from Gigabyte but for testing purposes. All the interesting BIOSes are on that forum, such as the Z87X-OC X series BIOSes.

You can always flash back if you are not happy.

I cant be 100% sure.

But I can tell you that the Z77-D3H always needed a BIOS update to work with ATI 7850 cards.
