My computer just restarts : below is a description
well i turn it on, and i can hear the computer start up and the drives start running and then i can hear the dvd drive do the noise as if the computer iis just stareting and it does this 3 time so i know the computer is restatring, no picture comes to the screen and my mouse and keyboard both USB dont light up like they should, so i took it out the case thinking it was the case shorting it and it worked - yesterday, now it does the same thing, ive tried a new PSU still no difference
