need help quick ?!?! plz help

hello

well i have a lan party UT T2R/G Motherboard and it has a diagnostic led on it,so it displays when it boots and want stage it is at through post.

but the system is loading,well all the fans,hdd,and stuff load but it does not pass post or boot correctlyi think it might be the cpu but im not 100% sure.

any help would be graceful

So what does the manual say about this "diagnostic led" then?
Is it a series of flashes to say which component has failed?

it display the post error codes in binary but there is no error on the diagnostic screen at all,nothing gets displayed on it now
