Need help removing Big Typhoon backplate!

I need to RMA my mobo in my P4 rig but when I installed the Big Typhoon I was silly enough to follow the instructions and stick the backplate onto the mobo.

How do I get the damn thing off? I tried pulling as hard as I could and its like its welded on or something! :eek:

Heat the back plate up with a hair dryer to loosen the glue. It should come off a little easier.

use a flat butter knife to gently push around each corner till it comes off.

Used the hairdryer for a bit and managed to get the corners a little loose. My fingers were almost bleeding by this point lol, so I got a thin sharp blade and tried to cut the foam above the glue. Took me over an hour in total to get the damn thing off too. The glue stuck to the mobo was easy to remove and looks as good as new

Btw any idea where I can get some replacement foam?
