Hi, I need to replace my HD4850 because I am running into problems with lack of W10 support.

I am not after anything high spec.

Just something that is fit for purpose and can render most types of graphics.

I don't play many games so I don't need anything that is going to run at lightening speed either.
  • I do need dual monitor support.
  • My monitors support DVI and HDMI.
  • I am currently using DVI on both monitors.
My PC Spec is
  • Intel Core i5 4670K S1150
  • GByte Z97X-UD5H MoBo
  • 650W PSU
Thanks

Depends on those games. I would imagine a cheap GT1030 should cover all bases, handles up to about Overwatch level stuff pretty well. Try get a GDDR5 version, there are some GDDR4 which are a lot slower.

Your mobo supports both DVI and HDMI so depending on the games you're likely to play, can you not just use those?

Good suggestion.

I put one of the monitors into the on board DVI and the other into the on board HDMI and got them working that way.

It just means that the the HD4850 is doing nothing in the PC anymore.

It works but I doubt that it will render anything too well. But like I said I don't play many games and I just use my machine as a workstation.

I will need to get a decent card if I want to play some games.

Thanks
