hi iam thinking off upgrading my daughters pc but wording if it will be worth it or up grad my pc and give her my pc

my dughters pc spec

ryzen 3600

gefroce 270 8gb

B450-A PRO MAX mother borad
corsair cx 600
16gb g skill fa32ooc16d 3200mrz

my pc specs

5800x3d
32 gb
MAG B550 TOMAHAWK
7900gre

is it worth jumping over to 7800x3d/9800x3d thankyou for reading

it depends on what the system is being used for.

I assume gaming but is there anything else?

hi just for gaming she playing 1080p put debating go 2k she geting in to games like cyper punk harry poter ect thanks

Do you mean a 2070?

A 3600 and a 2070 is still a pretty good combo. The majority of games will play fine at 1080p. If you move to 1440p, it'll start to struggle on the latest games.

Your PC: it depends on the games you play and what kind of gamer you are. If you're a single player high res gamer, no, I doubt you'll notice much from doing that upgrade. A 5800X3D and 7900 GRE is a good pairing.

yes sory it 2070 she all so play online game like fortnight getting it to cod and iam more single player person like games on higher setting put not all and be all to lower setting down was watching something on youtube about 5800x3d to 9800x3d not mutch different with higher end cards wot was makeing me wonder if it worth that upgrade if not mutch up lift

What is your budget?

You could just upgrade your daughters CPU to a 5600/5700X/5700X3D and maybe another 16GB RAM.
Then get yourself a 9070XT and give the 7900GRE to your daughter. (if her PSU is up to it)

Yeah, in your circumstances I wouldn't bother with the CPU upgrade from a 5800X3D.

Honestly, I think she should be fine with that PC, but I'd revaluate after the monitor is upgraded.

freddie64's suggestion is an idea, though a big upgrade to that card will not be cheap.
