Need help upgrading PC

A while ago I purchased a Lenovo h50, mainly for study but recently I have gotten into pc gaming. However the Lenovo isn't exactly brilliant at running games. I know that the graphics card (which is a GeForce gt 705) would need upgrading, but I'm not sure what else would. the rest of the spec is here.

Would someone be able to give me advice on what to upgrade.

Depending on what graphics card you want. If it require external power connectors then the psu will need upgrading too.

Also, the pc listed does not have a gt 705.
