NEED HELP URGENT!

Long story short, can you guys reccomend me a 775 low profile heatsink to go onto my dads computer its a micro ATX case and the CPU is a intel pentium duo core at 1.8 Ghz i believe

If its that dusty, why not just try cleaning it properly first? Take the motherboard out and use brushes or compressed air to get all the dust off.

The air compressor he is gonna buy from OCUK, what low profile heatsink do you guys reccomend and what fan shall i use its a small case so whats the common size ? 92 mil?

Couldn't say without knowing what would fit tbh, the stock cooler shouldn't be that loud.

Do you mean for the exhaust? Is it too hot? If not adding fans will just make it louder

I can hear my PC at sometimes ITS SO LOUD ITS UNBEARABLE, i just need another heatsink can any1 reccomend anything?

was it quiet enough several years ago, or as it too loud 3 years ago and has steadily got louder?

if it was quiet enough a few years ago then get cleaning and buy some fan filters

if it was far too loud before then there are two possible culprits:
graphics card fan: not really a lot you can do about this cheaply
processor fan: buy something like the scythe shuriken low profile cooler

whatever happens, if its looking disgusting in there buy some fan filters
