As the topic says i need help choosing a new motherboard.

My only requirements are that it supports my I5-750 chipset and will upgrade to a I5 2500K has sata 3, supports crossfire and is black or very dark to match my other components.

Thankyou in advance for any advice.

So you want a motherboard that supports a i5-750 socket 1156 CPU and also a i5 2500K CPU at a later date?

In order to use both CPUs you will need to change the motherboard as the CPUs are not interchangeable.

Sorry man, the i5 750 only works with LGA 1156 boards and the i5 2500K only works with LGA 1155 boards - there are no boards that will work with both CPUs as they are not inter-compatible.

In said case What are my options on a socket 1156 and 1156 (for future reference) board with sata3 and dark colored pcb. The 1155 doesnt matter if it supports xfire but the 1156 one will as when i upgrade CPU i will most likely get another 6970 and xfire it

Since the LGA 1156 boards are the older ones and came out before native Intel SATA3 control, the only 1156 boards you will find with SATA3 use 3rd party controllers (usually made by Marvell) plugged into to PCIE bus. These really aren't ideal and not a patch on the performance of a native SATA3 controller (like the ones on pretty much all mid/high-end LGA 1155 boards). Therefore I wouldn't get too hung up on finding a 1156 board with SATA3. The only other reason you mention for changing from your Gigabyte UD3 board is a darker colour - is this really worth to you the cost and hassle of changing your existing 1156 board (presuming it still functions OK)?

As for 1155 boards, I would suggest having a look at the Asrock boards. These are well made boards, include SATA3 ports (as they are native) and are dark in colour. I would suggest having a look at this one.
