Need help very fast... Static or Dynamic IP address?

Im going with Be* broadband and they have offered me static or Dynamic ip address... what is pro n cons?

Id go with Static but Im worried that utorrent downloads might be easier to track and less safe?

ok so nothing to worry about then... be told me they are turning it on on friday and should expect 20-22mb

I used Be on my last house and was told Id get 15-16meg and it was what I got in the end so very hopefull
