ive just removed 11 trojan horses from my friends comp >< and im trying to do a clean upgrade from xp to vista (a spare disk i have as they no longer have a xp disk) after i put in the vista serial i get up the drive window and it says "no drives were found. click load drive to provide a mass storage driver for installtion" when i click it it asks me to search for drivers.. :/

there computer is a very old packard bell Model number 351 ( i think...) and there main hard drive is in a partion. if you need any more info please just ask :) thanks!

What type of hard-drive is it - if it's SATA then you need to download the drivers for the SATA card (not drive) or change the mode from ACHI to IDE in the BIOS.
