Need help with £700

Hiya guys, need help specing a nice new machine for me, i dont need a case as i have a Cosmos S or power supply Coolermaster 1000W. i will need to buy a 22" screen but that wont come out of the 700,

My main uses will be a lot of mutlitasking, internet, Movies a little gaming, i can use two ATI Radeon HD 3650 512MB GDDR2 cards with software crossfire if you think that would play Red Alert 3 and MS Flight Sim X?

I forgot i also have a keyboard and mouse, Logitech MX5500

I think a hd4870 is a bit of a over kill for what i use.

should be fine, from what i've seen ms fsx isnt hard on the gfx cards but needs chunks of cpu.
