need help with a new mouse i brought

Hi, so I recently brought the madcatz mmo 7 gaming mouse and I have installed the software and drivers but I can't seem to get it to work with my MMOs I have downloaded the add on for wow but when I open the mouse menu in game to drag my spells onto the buttons I want it on and then try to use the spell nothing happens I have watched some bids on YouTube but they didn't seem to help since most of them just show it working and not how to install everything correctly so would it be possible for anyone to help me please?

P.S sorry for the awful English I'm at work and on my phone so I don't have the time to proof read and correct it all lol

Windows 7 or 8?

Run the software in admin mode. See if that helps.

Its ok now, i have managed to fix it. Turns out i saved the profiles in the wrong folder and i was loading the wrong profile haha.
