Need help with a stupid brother.

Contracts can be binding below the age of 18 but generally speaking they will be of a type and value appropriate to the persons age e.g. you buy a PAYG phone and that's fine, if you want to apply for a line of credit to set up a shop that might not be.

Pas As You Go phones aren't contracts (the clue is in the name) :p

one of the lads i work with did this, took out years contract with gym (he was 17 at the time) then when he moved after 6 ish months went down there (with his mum lol) and she told them hes not 18 blah blah blah made a scene and they canceled it without fee.

As the Elder brother you are required to beat on him for such stupidity.

£50 a month?! Gyms should only include weights; none of this rubbish such as swimming pools, saunas, sunbeds and whatever else he's probably paying for.

Op just jelly and mirin his bro's gains but Op is small and don't even lift.

seen it all before bro.

Not being funny but, £50/month? I go to Stafford's Leisure Centre. Fairly hi-tech gym, with dashboard TV screens on most cardio machines. I pay £336 over 13 months, which is like £26 a month, and there were cheaper places that I could have chosen from as well.

Troll him with bogus lawyer letters posted to your own house, threatening all kinds of crap until he cries. That'll learn him. Also it could be quite amusing to secretly film his reaction.
