Hey there i'm thinking of upgrading my PC a little . Just wondering if the cpu and cooler i have in mind will have no issues with my current set up " fairly new to building pc's" . Also if anything else could use an upgrade. Would appreciate suggestions on a new case with good airflow and dust filters . " Also not interested in intel for this build".

Why are you not interested in Intel ?

The FX-9590 is a really bad choice of cpu. It runs very hot, consumes lots of power and needs a very good cooler (H100i etc) to keep it in check.

If you insist on AMD then go with the 8320 or 8350.

Phanteks Enthoo Pro is a good case.

Yeah the CPU is a no no. If you're set on AMD I'd say the best way to go is the 8350. However, buying an i5 and a Z97 board would leave you with the option of upgrading to an i7 later on if you so wish.

As for the case, take a look at the NZXT Source 340, great all round case in my opinion.

according to spec on OC sales pages, users sabertooth 990 r2 Supports CPU up to 140 W
9590 is rated as 225w TDP

8350 is probably the sweet spot if he's not overclocking
