I wouldn't notice a significant difference with 2133Mhz RAM, anyways, I need to know what parts I should buy, I'm gonna get Overclockers to build the system for me...

Normally I would not recommend 2133mhz+ memory unless the person was building a high end system.

Judging by your specs for your build you seem to be intending to use it for gaming. That being the case there are a lot of things you could change without making a significant difference or may even improve things. For example there are better/faster CPUs for gaming.

Anyway whatever you intend to do with your system I hope all goes well.
