Need Help with Deciding on a Motherboard

Hey Everyone,

I will be upgrading my PC soon and I need help to choose a motherboard, My specifications will be :

i5 2500k (I will overclock myself)
Nvidia GTX 570 ASUS Direct CU II
Kingston HyperX Genesis 8gb 1600MHz RAM
Corsair CX600 V2 PSU
Cooler Master HAF 922
Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler
1tb Hard Drive, Dont care about the DVD-RW Tbh.

So I want to decide on what motherboard I should get between the ASUS P8Z68-V Pro and the ASRock Extreme3 Gen3. Both get their fair share of great reviews. I will be overclocking my i5 to around 4.5-4.6 GHz. The ASRock Extreme3 Gen3 is my preferred board due to costs, And does not seem much different from the ASRock Mobo. Please let me know what you think, Cheers

not brought any of that yet? can you reuse current sata hard disk/s? the current prices are too high, 1tb are £100+ where before they were £40 or so.

do you plan on sli? if so then you'll want a better psu and the asus 570 is a triple slot cooler card so not suitable for sli as it'll restrict air flow also the cooler dumps hot air in the case whiich will increase the temps.

whats the budget?

if no plan on sli then I would suggest the gigabyte z68ap-d3 motherboard.

if buying between today and next tuesday night then I would suggest something like

Ok for the Motherboard its either going to be the ASUS P8Z68-V Pro or the ASRock Extreme3 Gen3 motherboard, Which should I go for?
