Need help with Environment registry permissions

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Environment

That's the location of where a registry entry is that I need to delete. So far, I haven't been able to find a way of deleting the key inside Environment. I want to leave the Envirnment location there, just delete this one key inside it.

I've tried PowerTool which can view the key, but not delete it.
