Need help with flash based error

I've had this happen before and basically I think it's linked to flash as it only happens on flash based content, I can't use google today with the flash based thing they have because I get this screen:

Once this happens the only way I can fix it is to restart my computer, it's getting really annoying now, hoping it's not my GPU which is a 7970.

I can't be the only one on here to have experienced the grey screen on flash websites

What browser is this with? Have you tried other browsers? Try rolling back a flash version? Turned off hardware acceleration in the flash settings?

Happens in all browsers, in chrome it looks like that photo I included in the OP, on IE it's just a plain grey screen. Tried different versions of flash, tried uninstalling and re-installing, tried disabling hardware acceleration, nothing seems to work, I'm wondering if it's an AMD driver problem.
