Hi, I dont know if this is the right forum but anyway.
I am trying to install Vista64 on a raid0 setup.
When it comes to installing vista I load the drivers for the raid controller but then I get a message that windows cant install to the drive
It seems to be showing it fine in the listing, but gives a 0x8007000d error code when I try to install to the raid.
Any ideas whats going on? or what I can do.
Hardware:
MSI K9A
X2 AM2 6000+
2Gb Corsair XMS2 6400
2*160Gb WDC SATA drives
1*80Gb WDC SATA drive (current Vista drive)
1*40Gb WDC IDE drive (XP installed, backup)
Do I need to check some Bios settings?
Ive had Vista installed on a separate single drive for about a year now, I just think I'd like to benefit a bit from Raid like I had on my old XP setup, otherwise Ive wasted money on these drives.
Thanks
