hey there, I just got a lk-650U staples keyboard, it has multimedia key's on it which is the reason I bought it, but the damn things don't work, iv tried uninstalling all old keyboards from device manager but still nothing.

iv searched all over but cant find any drivers anywhere, any idea what I can do?

thanks

this is the keyboard

Compatible with Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7

I assume you are using one of those as I am guessing maybe Win 8.1/10 may have different calls for the keys these days.

Just a shot in the dark though but could be the cause.

tried downloading a keyboard remapping programme, and it's not even detecting that they are being pressed or that they exist.

im going to download all the windows updates see if anything in there solves it but I doubt it.

nope not working, also just tried it in my missus pc and it worked instantly and it's a old heap of junk wtf is this!
