Need help with leatest project

I'm planning to put pc inside my desk. To do that I need to transform drawer from wood in to metal. My choice is

Aluminum Grade 5083 from 1mm up to 5mm
or
Aluminum Grade 1050 from 1mm up to 5mm
or 5251

Does any one here know which thickness should I go for and what grade ?
It will be HTPC design with bottom part supporting whole pc. dimensions are around 35cm by 58cm so it will be rectangle, attached to bottom of desk top

Second question

I need cpu cooler for socket 775 and 1150 which is less than 14cm in height and cost around £30 my option at the moment is Zalman CNPS8900 Quiet

I would have thought 1mm would be thick enough.
