Need help with LIVE

I just went to go on my xbox360 and i have xbox live gold and everything it normally works but for some reason its says there is something to do with the MTU fails and it does not surply any advise with this so i just didnt know what to do, any help with this problem.

Thankis for the advise but i always use live here with the same router its just i slept at my cousins house and i connected to his router and then when i got back to my house and plugged it in like normall it just didnt work???
