Hi all,
Running into an intimate issue with my headset; in Zoom/Slack I lose audio, or my mic stops working. I then need to go into the program settings and switch the source from one of the following and vice versa:
Select a Microphone
I have removed and reinstalled the drivers and checked Firmware.
Any suggestions?

- Microphone (PRO X)
- Same as System (Microphone (PRO X)
- Speaker (PRO X)
- Same as System (Specker (PRO X)
I have removed and reinstalled the drivers and checked Firmware.
Any suggestions?
