Need help with Logitech Pro X Gaming Headset, need to keep changing the source

Hi all,

Running into an intimate issue with my headset; in Zoom/Slack I lose audio, or my mic stops working. I then need to go into the program settings and switch the source from one of the following and vice versa:

Select a Microphone
  • Microphone (PRO X)
  • Same as System (Microphone (PRO X)
Select a Speaker
  • Speaker (PRO X)
  • Same as System (Specker (PRO X)
It does not seem to matter which I have selected as the default within the program, I have also tried multiple USB sockets to connect the headset. It can happen once in a day or several times in the same call.

I have removed and reinstalled the drivers and checked Firmware.

Any suggestions?
