Need help with making a computer

Hello im a bit clueless when it comes to computer parts but i was wondering if people could help,
I have a £1000-£1300 budget
I will mainly use the computer for gaming like world of warcraft
I dont need a mouse, keyboard and monitor

Your help would be appricated

If i go for a 2 monitor set up would i need a better power supply and also i live close to overclockers so i could pick up the computer itself just wondering if anyone could give me a rough price for them to build it. Also would this have no problems running 2 monitors
