Need help with Mobo & RAM

Right my mate has a:

Manufacturer "Intel Corporation"
Model "D850GB"
Chip-set "Intel i850"
South Bridge "Intel 82801BA (ICH2)"
LPCIO "SMSC LPC47M10x"


Wondering if that's an actual board, i used CPU-Z on his PC & this is what it came up with. I think it's some what rather old as it has an AGP graphic's card slot lol. So is this an actual board & if so what type of RAM would it take?

Due to the age I would suggest looking on auction sites, looks like it use's the older RIMM memory which was quite expensive when it was out.

yeah seen some American websites charging like 220 dollars a go for 2gig over 2 sticks.. =/
