Need help with MSI laptop hardware

Hey guys so basically i unscrewed my laptop and blunted one of the heatsink screws
i have a photo:

now i need help trying to get the screw out now since i blunted it so any good screwdriver for a screw
this size or any tips would help.

also when i have the screw out finally and hopefully does anyone have a good link to a website to find
identical mini screws to replace the heatsink.

last part sorry to annoy does anyone know any super cooling thermal paste for cpu and gpu after i get

hope someone can tell me replies to all 3 would appreciate it a lot

Is there enough of it to get some mole grips on?

might be able to manage it but dont have mole grips

Do you have some pliers?

Other than that you could try cutting a flat groove into the screw and use a flat head screwdriver.

i think i will find a way all i need to do is undo the screw and then my next step is actually finding a replacement which im not entirely sure where to find a matching one for my msi laptop
