Need help with MW2

So i have just gone on it for the first time but need some help:
*edit* solved the options problem
- Where the hell is "Options"??! I know you can access it in game but and MP but i'd rather not watch the intro vid in crap res

Secondly, i can't get on to MP. I just get a black screen when i try to start it up.
Can anyone help?
