What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Gaming, Editing Videos, Livestreaming,

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

I want it to handle the latest games on ultra max settings or at least high settings and above 60fps in any situation, even while capturing gameplay, will at first be using 1920x1080p res screeen 120hz 1ms reponse time 2 monitors 1 for gaming other for livestream chat browsing internet etc.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

£5000-£6500 or just above For PC and £1000-1500 for the other parts listed but if the other parts dont cost that much then i can stretch my pc price up more.

Please take this us nothing but friendly advice...

The reason you aren't getting much of a response is probably due to this post should really be in the general hardware section. You've pretty much just asked for buying advice mainly as opposed to it being a true Project Log.

Your budget is certainly impressive... I work out 4822 not including your subscriptions or missing parts.

Wouldnt you be better of with a prebuit system like this.

Or you could even ring them up and say how you would like it.

£6000 and thats all you get, wow!
Lets just get this out of the way, are you on anything, £6000 PC and only a 1080p screen...??????
Right, anyways, you will want to go either 4k or 1440p for this to even be worth anything to you, than a nice big number in the top right/left of your screen and some good benchies.
Look at an Acer Predator X34 G-Sync for gaming (ultrawide is amazing) and then a 27 inch IPS monitor for your chats etc.

For £7500 (including chair etc)
Blue Yeti & arm - 119
GTOmega chair - 229
Logitech G920 - 89
Look at Ikea for a desk you like and is big.

For pc:
My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £3,367.99
(includes shipping: £23.10)

From there, add in all the watercooling bits and bobs that you want, but thats your money spent better, if you really wanted to spend more, get another 980ti and a bigger PSU and watercool the F out of it. With that motherboard, you can watercool it too if you buy the block.
Good luck :)
How big are you on twitch by the way? Seems excessive to start streaming and buy a PC just to go for a fantasy you will probably get bored of, like many others.
