Need help with my new monitor

So i just revived my new monitor: YOUR BASKET
1 x Iiyama ProLite GB2488HSU-B1 24" 1920x1080 TN 144Hz 1ms Widescreen LED Super Slim Bezel Monitor - Black £209.99
Total : £219.59 (includes shipping : £8.00 Ex.VAT).

Just started to notice that when i am playing a game that there is screen tear. I have tried it in bf4 and cs:go. Any suggestions?

I had enabled Vsync but still getting it ever so slightly. However the colors dont seam as good as my old monitor when i am in GTA 5. It seems more dull. I have played around with the settings and got it a little bit better.

Just done that, ccc only allows me to set it to 95hz. just tried in cs:go and i am still getting some tearing

Just set it to 144hz in a different option
