Need help with my pc randomly crashing and restarting

Hi guys so as you can see in the title my pc is just randomly crashing and restarting and being fine again but then after like 15 minutes or 20 minutes or an hour it will crash it will happen at any time and it's really annoying and don't get why it's doing this, it never used to happen to me before so i don't get why i'm getting this problem now, so can you guys please help me fix this, there is a photo below to show you guys what message i'm getting Thanks

Unfortunately that message doesn't really tell us much.

What's your full system specs? Is anything overclocked? Have you checked temperatures?

Here is something to try when all the usual suspects have failed:
1) Reset your PC using the RESET button on the case. If it behaves in the way you are experiencing when it crashes, proceed to the next step:
2) Disconnect the RESET button from the motherboard by pulling off the jumper (do not disconnect the POWER button as you will still need this to boot).
Now see if you still get the random crashes...
