Need help with new build.

I'm looking to build my first loop and was wondering if these parts are ok for what I'm looking for, I'll start with my current spec:

Current Parts:
NZXT Phantom full ATX
i7 2700K @ 4.3GHz
refurbished Corsair H100
ASUS P8Z77-V
Antec 620w PSU
ASUS GT640
Corsair Vengence 2x4GB
OCZ 60GB SSD(boot)
WD 1TB(other)
