I want to use it mainly for gaming and listening to music.

I would fork out that little extra and get this beast :

I would either drop the graphics card down to a GTX260 to save a bit of cash, or get a 4870X2, since it's a bit of a waste getting a GTX275 considering the other card's prices.

i'd swap the 8400 for the 8500 processor.

might be easier if you gave an idea of your budget.
