Need help with new system, have about £300

Hi,

Basically i built the system below about 3 or 4 weeks ago. But me being me not satisfied with what i already have wants to upgrade. Now i have no money at the moment- well probably £20. So basically i want to know what would be best to do. I like the look of the new conroe processors, but what i can upgrade to very much depends on how much my system is worth.

So basically im asking a few questions. Should i sell my whole system and build a new system from scratch? Or should i keep certain aspects of my current system and sell other parts? Anyone have any idea of what the system is worth? Also where is the best place to sell it at a decent price?

So bearing in mind what is said above what would be a good spec to upgrade to using the money i get from selling my current pc?

Motherboard:
Asrock 939Dual-SATA2 (AGP and PCI-E) (And upgradeable to AM2!)

Ram:
Kingston Value 1GB

Processor:
AMD Athlon 64 4000+ (San Diego Core)

Processor Cooler:
Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro

Hard Drive:
Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 10 80GB

DVD Writer: Asus (The one thats the same as the Pioneer)

it looks ok, what graphics card u have ? no point in selling if u only got 3-4weeks ago, id be surprised if u made half back of what u spent unfortuntly, if you got a good graphics card in there be aware theres no software on the planet (bar 3dstudio max type things) that would run slow on it - it will play all available games good (assuming graphics is up2 scratch)
