Need help with Overclocking

Hello i just bought my new mobo+cpu+fan from OC,it was a pre overclocked set i bought

when it arrived i placed it in my computer removing the old 1 ofc,but i did not reformat my harddrive i just installed it then it loaded up i poped the "disk that came with the the set" drivers it was, loaded all of them every single 1 of them "that i know of" i went to cheack my cpu speed and it was 2.50 i used CPUID "suggested by my friend " and i used another program that came with the disk, so its 2,50 and it said 3.30 ghz, any idear how to get this Overclock program thingy working? i am pritty new to this whole thingy.

You'll have power saving on which slows the CPU down when it's not having to work (at idle).

If you give the computer something intensive to do (put it under load) you'll see the clock speed increase.

When you are seeing it at 2.5ghz it's idle, and it will jump to 3.3ghz when under load (which seems to be more than the bundle OC speed)
