this for gaming?

I wouldn't touch current gen Intel with a twenty foot pole right now, regardless of use case.

Too much expense for the amount of risk involved, and frankly AMD is either flat out better or extremely competitive depending on what you're doing at those price points.

If for gaming, I'd ditch intel..too many problems with 14th gen, and end of life anyway. For gaming performance the amd 7800x3d on av beats it, and is cheaper and far more efficient.
As you like the corsair, either of the corsair sticks below will do. Both are expo, so tuned for amd. the c30 has better timings, so is slightly faster (i have this stuff) but with x3d, timings not so important
For mobo the b650 tuf or msi tomahawk more than enough. the strix b650e-f adds pcie5 for the gpu as well as primary m.2 slot. also, I know the asus boards limited rgb can be controlled by corsair icue
I didn't bother adding a aio...that's a lot of money and the 7800x3d doesn't need it..running an arctic a35 air cooler on mine , and just bought the arctic freezer 36 below, which I'll swap out on the weekend. I don't need to swap it out, just prefer the look...also peerless as another option...downside is the coolers arent controlled by icue, but easily enough controlled by armoury crate
anyway, going most expensive 7800x3d, asus b650e-f, 6000c30 ram and36 freezer you're £724

For m.2, I'd just go with a fast gen4 drive with good endurance (though really for gaming any gen 4 more than enough) . go 2tb..games are getting bigger all the time. I've got 2tb sn850x in mine(£140 atm on ocuk), but you could just go more budget 2tb sn770 for £104 at mo(5150/4850 read/write with 600tbw endurance)...I'd go something like the adata xpg s70 blade 2tb for £120 odd at mo..7400/6800 reade/write with a 1480 tbw endurance...not sold at ocuk though
the lexar nm790 also fast with 7400/6500 read write with a 1500tbw endurance..on ocuk for £140...but the blade 70 is cheaper

My basket at OcUK:

Total: £1,214.93 (includes delivery: £0.00)

also shop around..i saw the corsair rgb 6000c30 for £114 earlier today, and I bought the freezer 36 dual rgb fan for £23 with free delivery(ssems not a lot to keep me busy on the weekend and see how it performs :) )

Just to reiterate what has been said in part, the X3D chips aren't too fussed about RAM speeds. I'd just go with whichever Corsair 6000/CL30-40 RGB set you can get for £90-110 and opt for the cheapest if you're after lighting.
