need help with resignation letter.

i've got a new job, and now need to hand in my 7 day notice to my current work. i have never written one before so not sure what to write, my last shift will be on sunday the 19th of march. could anybody help please?

a good peice of advice i was given was to never burn your bridges, so in the event that things dont work out in my new job, i would like to know i might have a chance back at my old job.
