...Guys I've done something dumb.
Bought a time code for rift, so I applied it to my account. All is well I thought. BUT I was not subscribed at the time!
I was not subscribed and should have gone to manage game - apply time card instead of clicking apply code. Now when I log in to rift it says "your account must be active to be able to play"
I can't send trion a message because their system is down atm...does anyone know if they will sort this out for me.
Apparently rift has just been successfully targeted by hackers so that might explain why I can't log in.
