Need Help With RivaTuner (Complicated)

What are the temps to stay under for graphics cards?

I'm not so sure, as I don't think there is one definite answer. Depends on how hot you like your card to be. Going by the Nvidia drivers, the threshold states 125C... which is yes.... pretty hot.

I tend to like mine under 70C or 65C... since I am using a Zalman VF900 on mine. But what's 70C compared to 125C?

You be the judge of how hot you'd like your card to be. :)

ati tool and rivatuner both monitor temps but whats the max to let it get to?

Not sure how to answer this one... but anything below 90C, I would assume is fine. The GPUs optimal operating temperatures are defined by a number of factors, such as case airflow, other component temperatures, room temperature... and so on.

GPUs run hot anyway. What's the current temperature of your card?

My unlocked and overclocked 6800NU ran at 98C for a few months under load without issue due to a 'dust incident'

Didnt relise they could go that high. I been keeping it under 70 but its fairly hard for a x800 passively cooled. Still it runs at 60 at 450/550 so already fair increase from 400/490 pre stock clock
