I recently bought this sound card https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=SC-040-CL from overclockers but since getting it yesterday, whenever I browse the internet whilst listening to music, I hear a crackling noise from my headset, this isn't a problem with my headset as it works fine with on-board sound.
I only really hear the crackling when I open a new tab or scroll up/down. I have no idea what might be causing this, my drivers are all up to date and I'm running Windows 7 x64 Professional.
I have also noticed it makes an odd noise from time to time when browsing Windows Explorer, instead of the usual sound, it sounds clipped off and it's a very short noise that I get.
