Need help with trainer GTA IV

Hi there,

I hope this is allowed to be discussed. I have GTA IV on Steam. I paid for it and it's all legit. I am however looking to get some cheats for it. I found a few trainers... however only certain options work.

NUM 6 and NUM 0 and in the txt file that accompanied the trainer. It says

Num6 Infinite Ammo << Promo option!
Num7 No Reload
Num8 Never Wanted
Num9 Advance Time
Num0 Rewind Time << Promo option!

Why are only these options working. How would I go about getting the rest to work. I'm really new to PC gaming. The reason I'm using the trainer is I've completed the game on the ps3 before and just want it for a muck around and to enjoy the nice gfx the PC version has to offer.

Again, sorry if this sort of topic isn't allowed. I did pay for the game however and as far as I am aware no laws have been broken here.

Just use the in game cheats using codes on the mobile phone.

ahh... I wondered why it wasn't playing ball. I kind of like the trainers for the fact it's much easier to use than pulling out the phone and putting in cheats. I don't think there's an unlimited health cheat either :( Kind of like that one.
