Hi guys,

I was recently suggest to order the following to improve my PC quality for gaming.

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-239-MS
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-003-SF

They both went in fine with no hassle.

But when ive come to test the PC, I'm getting absolutely no video signal from any port, HDMI/DVI x2/Display

Ive got the 6pin and the 8pin PCI-e adapter from my PSU connected the GFX card fans are running fine, Ive tried uninstalling all the current drivers on my system and re installing the appropriate ones but nothing is giving me a signal..

After putting my old HD 6850 back in it works perfectly, After taking it out and testing the motherboard DVI the i7 works perfectly with Intel HD graphics, but no matter what i do i cant get this bloody R9 290 to display an image.

Any ideas where i can go from here?

Ive downloaded the one youve said =)

Ive got three folders

DOS image
MEBIOS
SYSBIOS

im completley new at this so im not sure were to go from here :|

Would you say the PSU is enough for the GFX card? Ive been told by a lot of people its fine.

Had a look at it, seems to be what im looking for but unfortunately it has a ton of error messages when searching for updates.

What do you think the chances are that its the PSU?

Its more than likely the board as it predates the gfx card.

Can that live update be pointed to the BIOS file you downloaded to do the update?

Probably time for a mobo upgrade then? :O

Any suggestions?

I dont really want to replace my i7 2600 as i dont have a crap load of money after buying that new PSU/Gfx card
