need help writing a batch file or whatever the XP equivilant maybe

Hi,

trying to start 2/3 programs up within a BAT file but it only starts the first one then finishes.

cant find any guides i can understand what im doing wrong,anybody any ideas ?

not sure if xp has a different way of doing the same thing.
