i returned my laptop to asus f3jc for repairs (it'll be 4 weeks this Friday) and ive had no communication (bar 3 emails 1 saying it will be probably returned in the second week 2 saying were looking at it this is from me nagging and calling them) and every time i ring the group leader is apparently busy, i was told id get a phone call this afternoon and an email to confirm the call has been logged so far ive rang 4 times last week and twice today, so what else do i do ???? according to them my laptop is still getting repaired or waiting for the part (new speakers) as my headphone socket didn't cut sound from the speakers and redirect it through to the headphones.....
