I've tried looking for the rail ratings on that PSU and I can't seem to find them, this may not be the issue but a £20 PSU powering high quality components like you have is a bit of a foolish move in my opinion. I've done this before and suffered with shutdowns and other strange things like restarts. The PSU is the backbone of the system, you should really invest in something that is quality and reliable. Do you have another PSU you could test, perhaps from a friend? Its a Trust 570w psu model pw-5500
Pull power, including all leads to the board and move CMOS header to clear position and also pull CMOS battery and leave over night.
Replace battery, move CMOS jumper back and re-attach PSU cables to the board and then boot.
