Need help

hi guys, thanks for taking the time.

I want to make use of a network attached storage device so that all pcs on the home network can access the photos/music. Now i am really unsure of what i should be looking for?

Do i need something like an Icy box, netgear ready box or perhaps the freecom network device. I like the idea of the wifi on the one, so I could have it next to my tv to stream things onto it

What are the things i should be looking for and avoiding?

well i dont think i need the print server bit as my printer is wireless and linked up to the router so that bit is covered. I want fast access and stability when streaming/playing music over the network. I have been thinking about this item QNap Turbo Station TS-209 II as it has the onboard processor and ram, but with that im not going to be able to plug it into my home cinema? As where this one i will be able to Freecom Network MediaPlayer 450. Stuck :S
