Need help

Hi, ive built my new computer and So I bought a new copy of Windows 7 OEM from OC. Im reusing my old HDD.

I put the disc in, went to bios and set it to boot from CD.
So im in in the windows setup, wipe everything that was on the HDD, and choose partition I want to install Win on.

K, everything goes fine, go past first restart, then when it restarts 2nd time it takes me exactly yo the beggining of the instalattion ? It never asked me for the product key either. just asks me to choose a partition again to install windows on and its just the same process.

whats wrong ?

After it restarts you need to boot from the HDD. So if you see the "Press any key to boot from CD" message... ignore it and let it boot from the hard drive. If you don't see that message, just eject the disc then restart.
