The 7850 needs a 6pin PCI-E power connection in its rear, you done this?

Update the motherboard BIOS - http://uk.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4327#bios - been a few reports of this fixing that exact board and similar failure to boot problems.

Download the BIOS.

Put it onto a USB thumb drive when extracted.

Boot the PC into the BIOS and select Qflash, follow the instructions.
